Students from eight career and technical schools in Bucks, Delaware, and Montgomery counties competed in more than forty skills competitions at the 2019 SkillsUSA District 2 Competitions hosted by Middle Bucks Institute of Technology on January 29th & February 1st. The competitions include automotive, welding, electrical, cosmetology, early childhood education, crime scene investigation, information technology services, web design, public speaking, job interview, and technical drafting!
Two Middle Bucks Institute of Technology Web Design and Interactive Media students, Justin Colluro and Hailey Krebs, competed in the Web Design portion of the competition. Justin and Hailey earned a gold medal for their work. They will then advance to the state level competition to compete against other SkillsUSA districts in the state.
