Overview
Information Technology is the technology involving the development, maintenance, and use of computer systems, software, and networks for the processing and distribution of data (Merriam Webster’s Dictionary). Information technology evolved many years ago. In this paper you will research what information technology is and how it has evolved, its processes, and its impact on society.
Directions
Write a 3-4 page MLA style research paper on what information technology is and how it has evolved, its processes, and its impact on society. Follow the requirements below as a guide.
Requirements:
- Use MLA Style guidelines
- Paper should be 3-4 pages in length
- 1” Margins all around
- Double Spaced
- 12pt Times New Roman Font
- Use proper spelling and grammar
- Written in your own words.
- At least 5 internal citations should be used throughout the paper (May all be online sources)
- A Work Cited Page is attached with at least 3 sources (That does not count towards the 3-4 pages) (May all be online sources)
