Instructions

  1. Create 4 new pages in your WordPress site and title them as:
    1. Company
    2. History
    3. Philosophy
    4. People
    5. Contact
  2. Use the website test.mbitwebpagedesign.com as a guide to insert the content and images on the Home, Company, History, Philosophy, and People Page. Use all the text that is provided on those pages as well as the images.  Some Notes for each page are below:
  3. Home:
    1. Use the Gallery Block to insert the three thumbnail images that are next to each other,
    2. Use an H2 Heading for the text: OUR GUARANTEE & IDEALS
  4. Company:
    1. Use the YouTube Block to insert the video.
    2. Add the caption under the video: Learn about us!
  5. History:
    1. Use the Image Block to insert the image and be sure to align and wrap it to the left. Resize the image appropriately.
    2. Use an H3 Heading for the text: Our Vision
  6. People:
    1. Use the Media and Text Block to insert an image to the left and text to the right of the image.
    2. Use an H4 Heading for each persons name and email address.
  7. Philosophy:
    1. Use the Image Block to insert the image and be sure to align and wrap it to the left. Resize the image appropriately.
  8. Be sure to Update all changes to the site. – Show the Instructor when complete for credit.

Grading (10 Pts)

  • Are all of the pages created
  • The pages have all the required content
  • Pictures are added accordingly – with alternative text
  • Text is wrapped appropriately when needed
  • All the pages are published
  • The exercise is submitted on time
